Updates on CPF-related information required for parties aged 55 years and above and own a matrimonial property

Please be informed of the following u to CPF-related information to be submitted in divorce applications.
From 1 September 2025 onwards,
- Parties aged 55 years and above, and own a matrimonial property must still obtain and provide information on housing refunds required to be set aside or topped up in their Retirement Account from their Ordinary and/or Special Account(s) in order to meet the required Retirement Sum in the event of a disposal of their flat.
- However, they are no longer required to (i) write to CPF Board to obtain such information and (ii) provide CPF Board’s reply when filing the Originating Summons or Memorandum of Defence.
- All relevant CPF statements and additional CPF information, including information on housing refunds required to be set aside or topped up into a party’s Retirement Account, can now be found in the CPF member’s Home Ownership Dashboard, on the CPF website at www.CPF.gov.sg.

- Please follow the steps set out in the respective documents above to log into your Home Ownership dashboard via SingPass at www.CPF.gov.sg and download the required information and submit them in PDF format.
