Although Syariah Court endeavours to reply to all your queries, we may not render legal advice. If your query involves issues of law, you are advised to seek the services of a solicitor. Do note that Syariah Court may include the other party in your case in our reply to your query where the officer deems fit.

For Court Registry requests, please complete the relevant Court Registry forms and email to:  MCCY_Syariah@mccy.gov.sg .
