  1. The Syariah Court has published the Practice Directions 2025, which comes into operation on 13 January 2025. 
  2. The Practice Directions 2025 contains forms and templates relevant for proceedings in the Syariah Court. You may refer to it for guidance on the relevant forms to submit where they are not available as e-forms on SYCPortal. 
  3. With the publication of the Practice Directions 2025, the Practice Directions 2018 and all amendments thereto are hereby rescinded.
