Collection of Court Orders
From 20 July 2020, any party or solicitor who has not collected a Court Order that was made or issued by the Court before 7 April 2020, shall do so via email.
Please email us at MCCY_Syariah@mccy.gov.sg to make the request with a copy of the payment receipt.
Update on Waiting Times for Registry Filing
In view of safe distancing measures implemented in the Court’s premises, visitors may expect a longer waiting time for filing transactions.
For filing of new divorce applications, please note that we will only accept applications which have met the conditions set out in Registrar’s Circular No. 18 of 2020.
